About Weight Watchers and Simply Filling Technique (SFT)

What is the Simply Filling Technique?
For those of you who are either new to Weight Watchers or have not heard of Simply Filling Technique (SFT), it is a concept allowed by Weight Watchers for members who are not interested in or able to track.  Some people are just not "wired" for tracking.  This concept is centered around a focus on the Weight Watchers Power Foods list.  You can eat anything from those lists, to satisfaction, and not track the Points Plus values for those foods.  You then use your Weekly Allowance for any other items you eat.  So easy to follow...I suggest if you are interested, see your leader for more information.

What are the Power Foods?  Is there a list?
Power Foods are foods that have been scientifically determined to have the best nutritional bag for their buck, so to speak.  There is a focus on whole foods, such as fruits, vegetables, and lean sources of protein and dairy.  There is very little focus on anything processed.  There is a list that Weight Watchers provides to their members.  I will not have the list published on my blog, however, I will denote Power Foods in my recipes with an * at the end of the ingredient.

Do you work for Weight Watchers?
I don't work for Weight Watchers, nor is this site endorsed by Weight Watchers.  All information given is based on materials I have received as a paying member.  All Points Plus values are calculated by me, using the Recipe Builder.
